Daddy & Jasmine went to see the movie "The Princess and the Frog" with Tiana. We've seen her in the store for months, but didn't know much about her story. This was Jasmine's FIRST movie experience where she hadn't seen the movie before. (We saw CARS on the big screen last summer...but she'd seen it a bunch all ready.) The movie was a little scary, but Jason said she wasn't bothered and had a GREAT time. They even got popcorn & M&Ms!!
Afterward, they went to Chick-fil-A (her FAVORITE place) and then Target...which gets her so excited!! We grocery shop at Target and always make a stop in the book section first. Jasmine & Austin pick out a book to browse while we shop. It's kindof like our own little library experience! This time...Daddy let her pick out a Tiana book and a princess magnet book. She actually got to keep these! ;)
They had a wonderful time together...and it warms my heart to see how much they love each other!

That is so fun! I still remember my dates with my Dad -- and they always included a stop at the bookstore to buy a new Nancy Drew book. Jasmine is getting full of great memories!
